ENG only: I only just found the Snapely contest yesterday, and I really wanted to submit something so I sketched this up today.
The title comes from my idea that this took place during what I like to think of as their "happy time", before their friendship broke up, when they were really close, starting to mature and the feelings that were blossoming hadn't fully realized yet. I know Lily never knew of his feelings, but sometimes when you're close to someone, and they're your best friend, you end up getting emotionally and physically closer than you'd expect, before you realize what you're doing (does that even make sense?). So I feel like they had moments, where they acted almost as a couple, without realizing it. Deep, special moments that created that strong bond.
So here's Lily, showing her Gryffindor guts by sneaking into Sev's room to visit him, and the two are up to no good. I imagine the two can communicate without even having to speak. This is just before it hits Sev that he's in love with her

I have two friends, who were best friends and they acted like this quite a bit and nearly every person who met them thought they were together and at first it didn't bother them but then it seriously started to freak them out! It was rather amusing, though it did get a little messy when they did realise that they did like each other more than friends and the jealousy of the other dating someone else kicked in. But unlike poor Snape, my two friends are now happily together and looks like they always will be. But anyway, wonderful picture! Hehehe might send this to my friends and see what their reaction is, lol.
